We are a family of four—little Katie, Sandra, Jerome, and Jesus. While our love story began in 2006, it was our relationship with Jesus that truly made us whole. Sandra is a home-maker, who loves creating gospel-centered content for kids, teaching in Sunday School, and leading discipleship groups—all while chasing Katie around, trying to get her to eat! Jerome is a technology consultant who enjoys his sleep, old country music, and a hot cup of filter coffee with karupatti. Outside of work, you can often find him and Katie in playful sibling-like squabbles.

But the story that truly defines us isn’t ours—it’s the one that lasted 33 years, a story of life and power that has inspired people for over 2,000 years. One Sunday after church, we watched a movie that claimed to be about a Bible character but turned out to be far from Biblical. The film distorted a loving character in a visually captivating but misleading way. We couldn’t stop thinking about a Sunday School child who had mentioned watching the same movie. What seeds of doubt could it sow in his young, innocent mind?

That concern sparked an idea. We returned home determined to find ways to present God’s Word to children in a way that was both memorable and enjoyable. And that’s how Bible Trek was born—a journey to help kids discover and embrace God’s Love and Truth.
